Welcome inside
Mediterranean living with room for the whole family.
Clean materials and soft colours create an indoor space that flows straight out to the pool. The house is made for lazy mornings, long dinners and wonderful days together.
The house has five air-conditioning units — in all three bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. A fully equipped kitchen, two fresh bathrooms and a private outdoor area make the house equally comfortable for shorter and longer stays.

Rules & terms
For everyone's comfort.
Casa Flamenca is a private holiday home in a quiet residential area. We want both our guests and neighbours to enjoy a safe and pleasant stay.
No smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
No pets
Pets may not be brought to the property.
No parties
Parties, events and disruptive music are not permitted. Please respect our neighbours.
No youth groups
The property is not rented to youth groups. The person making the booking must stay at the house and be responsible for the group.
Maximum six guests
Only guests included in the booking may stay overnight at the house.
Pool and safety
Children must never be left unsupervised by the pool. Always shower off sunscreen before swimming, as it can damage the pool's filtration system.
Booking and rental termsTerms and conditions
The following terms form the basis of a booking. A personalised rental agreement stating the guest's name, property address, dates, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms will be sent once the booking enquiry has been approved.
- Enquiry and binding booking. The website form is an enquiry and does not reserve the dates. A booking becomes binding only after written confirmation, acceptance of the personalised rental agreement and payment according to the stated payment schedule.
- Price and payment. The website price is an estimate. The final price is stated in the booking confirmation. A €110 cleaning fee applies to each stay. Payment is made by bank transfer according to the instructions and due dates in the rental agreement.
- Stay and guests. The minimum stay is 11 days and the maximum occupancy is six guests. The accommodation may not be transferred or sublet. All overnight guests must be included in the booking.
- Cancellation. The cancellation terms for the particular stay will be clearly stated in the personalised rental agreement before any payment is requested.
- House rules. The guest is responsible for ensuring that the entire party follows the house rules. Serious or repeated breaches may result in the stay being ended.
- Damage and additional costs. The guest is responsible for damage caused by the guest or their party through negligence or breach of the rules. Additional cleaning, lost keys or documented damage may be charged separately.
- Pool and safety. The pool is used at the guest's own risk. Children and anyone unable to swim must never be left unsupervised by the pool. Sunscreen must always be showered off before swimming, as it can damage the pool's filtration system.
- Guest registration. Before check-in, all guests must provide the identity details required for Spanish guest registration.
- Personal data. Information provided during booking is used for communication, administration of the stay, payment and statutory guest registration.
The personalised rental agreement and booking confirmation take precedence if any information differs from the general information on this website.
